OUR HEALTH GUARANTEE

WE guarantee that at the time of delivery, the Australian Labradoodle puppies are in good health. We have them examined by our veterinarian and given all standard age-appropriate vaccines.

The buyer has THREE (3) days from the time he receives the ALD puppy (Australian Labradoodle) to have the puppy examined by a veterinarian. Any request to return the ALD puppy to the seller for a replacement must be made within this time period and may only be requested should the ALD puppy prove to be sick upon arrival as diagnosed in writing by a veterinarian. This guarantee will be terminated immediately if the ALD puppy is not examined within the allotted time of THREE (3) days.

We provide a warranty against all life-altering genetic diseases for one year after the date of birth. Should a genetic disease be discovered during this time that will substantially shorten the life of, or substantially alter the quality of life of the ALD puppy, Crossfield Doodles West will provide the buyer with a ALD puppy from another litter when it becomes available, upon return of the original puppy.

Newborn puppies come into contact with varying kinds of food and environmental conditions. Due to the fact that all puppies have immune systems that take time to mature, the terms of this guarantee will not be honored unless they are given NuVet Plus®, as directed by the manufacturer, for the entire guarantee period. Failure to do so will render this guarantee null and void except where prohibited by law.

Based on parentage and breed characteristics, Crossfield Doodles West will make informed predictions as to the following, but can not guarantee them: hypoallergenicity, shedding, size/weight, or coat type when the ALD puppy is fully grown.

This health guarantee and any following are only applicable to the original purchaser, and if the ALD puppy is sold or given away, all warranties or guarantees are void.
